Welcome to the official web site for the Dupree Lakes Community Development District (CDD). This site is funded on behalf of the Community Development District in an effort to help educate the general public about the services provided by the District and to highlight the other agencies involved in the day-to-day Operations of the community. These agencies include but are not limited to the County and the Homeowners’ Association.
Dupree Lakes CDD Pool Closure
The pool will be closed starting Monday, December 2nd for necessary resurfacing work. This maintenance is essential to ensure the pool remains in excellent condition for your enjoyment. We will provide updates as the project progresses so please keep an eye out for any emails regarding the progress. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

Heart's Art
Join us Saturday, February 8th for an afternoon of crafting for your loved ones! Make a Valentine's Day wreath for your home, Valentine's Cards, and Bookmarks- all while enjoying some delicious cookies. RSVP to let us know how many people to expect for our wreath making.
Paint Night
On Wednesday, February 19th, come join us for a night of painting! Whether you're learning a new skill or you're an experienced painter, this workshop will be fun for everyone. All materials are provided for the first 10 painters. After that, you will need to provide your own canvas- but paint, brushes, and applicable materials will be provided for all painters.

The Dupree Lakes Community Development District Disclosure
Please be advised that the Dupree Lakes Community Development District (the “District”), a local unit of special purpose government created under Florida law, has constructed and is responsible for the maintenance of certain improvements, infrastructure and facilities within the District. The District financed this construction through the sale of tax-exempt bonds, a form of public financing. As a result, and in accordance with applicable federal and state law, all District owned improvements, infrastructure and facilities are and shall remain open and accessible to the general public. Should you have any questions on this matter, non-resident user fees applicable to District recreational facilities, or any other general District issue, please feel free to contact the District Manager.
